Liz Caporale is a dedicated dance educator, choreographer, and performer whose passion for the art form began at just three years old. By age ten, she was training seriously at the renowned Donna Miceli Dance Center, where she became a member of the center’s company and honed her skills in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, modern, contemporary, and lyrical. Through years of performing and competing, Liz knew early on that dance was not just a passion—it was her career path.
Liz pursued her formal education in dance at Dean College, where she discovered a deep love for teaching and choreography. Her collegiate experience solidified her desire to share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of dancers. After graduating, she transitioned into teaching full-time and quickly gained recognition for her creative and compelling choreography. Her work has earned numerous regional and national accolades, including high score and choreography awards across multiple competitions.
In addition to her studio work, Liz spent two seasons coaching and choreographing for the Boston College Golden Eagles Dance Team. During her time there, she contributed to performances at football halftime shows, bowl games, university-wide events, and the prestigious Showdown competition.
Known for leading with positivity, Liz balances encouragement with discipline, fostering an environment where dancers feel empowered while receiving strong, technically sound training. Her commitment to excellence and ability to connect with dancers of all levels make her a respected and sought-after figure in the dance community.
